Predictors of digital technology-based mental health programs in young adults for mental health support

Abstract
Technology-based platforms are widely used to deliver mental health support. The aim of this study was to explore factors associated with the use of technology-based mental health platforms by students who may be vulnerable to develop a mental health condition in an Australian psychology student sample. Participants were 1146 students (18–30 years) at an Australian university who completed a survey regarding their current mental health symptoms and lifetime use of technology-based platforms.
